Orders require one day for delivery. We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless these fall on a public holiday. The goods are shipped by UPS Express Saver, within Switzerland by DHL express. The delivery time with UPS Express Saver is 1 to 3 working days for most destinations and 1 working day for DHL express in Switzerland. Taxes and customs duties are borne by us. The terms of delivery are based on the Incoterms of 2020, EXW.
