Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their trade, business, or professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partners, Contract Formation, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with First and Last Name / Company Name.
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to order. You can add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submitting your order.
We accept your offer within two days by:
- sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email, or
- initiating the payment transaction via our service provider or the selected payment service. The time of payment depends on the selected payment method (see "Payment").
The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: English.
The contract text is not stored by us.
4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver free of shipping costs.
We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Bank Deposit
During the order process, select ‘Bank Deposit’. After the payment process you will see the bank details, which will also be sent to you by e-mail. We expect your payment within 10 days. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
